Dr. Megan Leun

Dr. Megan Leun is a dedicated and personable clinician who is passionate about building meaningful patient relationships and delivering high quality comprehensive care. Originally from Long Island, New York, she brings a strong work ethic, a warm approach, and a genuine commitment to helping patients feel confident in their oral health.

Education and Advanced Training

Dr. Leun graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. During her undergraduate years, she was also a two sport collegiate athlete in soccer and softball.

She went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, completing a concentration in Prosthodontics. Her academic excellence and clinical achievement were recognized through several honors, including the Brasseler USA Esthetic Dentistry Award, the American College of Prosthodontists Award, the Dean’s Award, and the Student Affairs Recognition Award. She was also inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a national dental honor society that selects top graduates who demonstrate exceptional potential and leadership.

Following dental school, Dr. Leun completed a General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital in San Diego. There, she provided care for veterans and received advanced clinical training in prosthodontics, oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, oral medicine, and restorative dentistry. During her residency, she presented her research at the California Dental Association Conference in Anaheim, earning second place for her work on the Mental and Physical Health of Dental Professionals.
